Ipad is unable to connect after upgrade to IOS 9.0.2

Currently we have reported an issue for users of an Ipad who are unable to connect to the Telewerkportaal after upgrading to IOS 9.0.2. After they have logged on, the receive an error that they are unable to connect.

The current receiver version 6.1 doent work as designed in combination with the lates IOS 9.0.2. Users are therefore advisedĀ  to install different client software.

Download the new Receiver R1 instead of the regular Receiver. This client is to be found in the App store: (https://itunes.apple.com/nl/app/r1/id491797345?mt=8)
